Meet the Founder

One Question Changed Everything.

Every innovation begins with a question.

For Dr. Brad Radlosky, that question was simple:

Why has one of dentistry's most common procedures remained fundamentally unchanged for decades?

After thousands of patient interactions and years of clinical experience as an endodontist, Dr. Radlosky recognized an opportunity to rethink the way anesthetic delivery could be approached—not by changing the science of local anesthetics, but by reimagining the instruments clinicians use every day.

That question became the foundation of Aelura.

Innovation Begins in the Operatory

The best ideas don't always come from a laboratory.

Sometimes they come from treating patients.

Every day.

Every procedure.

Every challenge.

Working at the intersection of precision, ergonomics, and patient care, Dr. Radlosky began sketching ideas for a new generation of delivery instruments that could provide clinicians with greater control, a refined user experience, and a platform designed to evolve alongside modern dentistry.

Those early concepts would ultimately become Aelura.

More Than a Product

A Platform for Innovation.

From the beginning, Aelura was never envisioned as a single device.

It was envisioned as a platform.

A unified ecosystem capable of supporting multiple delivery technologies across dentistry and, ultimately, additional medical specialties.

Every product within the Aelura portfolio is guided by the same philosophy:

Thoughtful engineering. Purposeful design. Relentless attention to detail.

Built Through Collaboration

Innovation is never accomplished alone.

Throughout Aelura's development, clinicians, engineers, and medical specialists have helped refine ideas, challenge assumptions, and strengthen the vision.

Their expertise continues to shape the future of the platform while ensuring that every decision remains grounded in real clinical experience.

Looking Forward

Aelura remains committed to advancing precision therapeutic delivery through responsible product development, engineering excellence, and collaboration with the clinical community.

This is only the beginning.

A Personal Note

"Every day, clinicians rely on instruments that shape the patient experience. I believe those instruments should reflect the same level of precision, craftsmanship, and innovation that we strive for in our clinical care. Aelura was founded with a simple goal—to build technology that feels intuitive, purposeful, and worthy of the professionals who use it."
